- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Attic Projects provides all customers with a FREE estimate of their attic and crawl space before providing pricing so that we are sure to understand the entire scope of the project. All homes are unique, and a number of factors including your home's accessibility, the extent of the issue, and the customized nature of the home solution are involved in our pricing. We provide seasonal discounts, along with Military, Senior, and Flexible Scheduling discounts to ensure that we can provide you with the highest quality solutions at a price that works with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting your information, our team will be in touch with you immediately to schedule the free inspection of your home at a time that works for you. On the day of the inspection, a senior project manager will arrive at your home to carefully inspect your attic, your crawl space, your home's exterior, and any other areas of your home that might be affected by the issue you are experiencing. At the end of the inspection, your project manager will provide a full report of their findings and detail the customized solution to solve your issue. If they don't find anything, they won't try to upsell you for anything you don't need, and instead will provide you with the peace of mind that your home is in great shape!
