I made several calls to various professional plumbers and they all wanted ridiculous prices for a 50-gal tank. In fact, some of the quotes were getting close to the "tankless" water heater systems. Not trying to bash anyone, but this lead me to research further and try Thumbtack as I've found my forever handyman through this site. I sent a request to Mario Brothers Plumbing through Thumbtack for a callback. A few minutes later, I was already speaking with the man himself. Mario is extremely patient and professional. He cared spend whatever time it takes to help explain and even offered to be onsite the same day. My wife was also very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. She decided to go forward with the best product available because of his honesty. Mario made an offer no one could refuse and we scheduled him the next day for a tankless water heater install. It's the best price/deal without question. Mario is extremely precise with his communications and follow through: prompt, work details, product knowledge and execution. His workmanship is impeccable!
