Sue Dorman says, "We came home from vacation to discover a hot water leak under our tile floor. When Pat discovered the water pipe was located in the foundation & not the slab where it should have been, he did many tests to find it but because it was in the foundation he said it could be anywhere from the mark where the detection company said to 20-25 ft away and suggested we reroute the pipes otherwise he would need to continue making more holes in our tile floor. He talked to our insurance adjuster to explain the problem and they agreed- rerouting was the best way to go. The manifold in the bathroom needed to be located and because of that, our one piece fiberglass tub had to be replaced. The manifold was exactly where Pat thought it was. He and Sean came on a Monday and by Friday everything was repaired except for the new surround for the tub which came the following Tuesday. Pat, Sean and all involved in the repair were informative & professional at all times. We would highly recommend this company."See more
