Broke the awning I hired them to install, ruined my grass doing it, had to listen to one of them verbally abuse his girlfriend for 2 hours, they also broke my patio umbrella and then didn’t respond when I asked them to make it right. Do. Not. Hire.

Best investment I made for this house! This is the 3rd time Ecosmart Development & Construction has helped me with a major project and I must say, I am never disappointed. In fact, I'm ecstatic with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. I like to sit out front with my dog while working from home. But the angle of the sun allowed me only a few hours in the morning before I found myself cooking my skin. But with this truly awesome patio I'm now able to sit outside in sun, wind and rain and be very well protected. Additionally, the patio is so sturdy that I can safely walk on it to hang up my holiday decorations without fear of slipping down a steep slope. The best part is that if you didn't know better, you would think that the patio was built with the house. It looks and feels original. My "outdoor living room" gives me a whole new dimension to my home. Thank you Elija and Ecosmart Development & Construction for a superbly built, wonderful new addition to my life.
