If you are needing semi-minor to massive house/building restoration (or even full build from the ground up!), you are in excellent hands with TONY at Precise Building & Restoration. He is a licensed contractor who truly cares a lot about his work and his clients—not typical of all contractors, who often only care about their bottom line. Tony isn’t like that, and he has a heart of gold. In addition, he’ll honestly tell you what needs to be done and will deliver a fantastic final product. As you can see from my pics, one side of my home was crumbling (it was 99 years old) and likely would not have survived one more massive rain. Tony and his chosen crew did an outstanding job. The transformation was amazing!! If you are searching for a reputable contractor and bid, you MUST include Tony in your mix. You will see what I mean when you meet him. Hope this helps in your home reno endeavors.
