We knew that insulation in our attic needed to be replaced, it was an old cellulose type with all ceiling joists exposed. We hired First Round Construction to install new R38 batts and it worked out great. Roman noticed that installing an attic fan would be beneficial as well, and they installed it too. After removing old insulation, their crew cleaned the attic and sealed all the gaps, which I believe must be done. Were very satisfied!

I reached out to first round for some landscaping needed. Roman answered and came by the very next day. He was our point of contact throughout the whole project, very reliable and came by for a final walk through. Very pleased with the service and job. Would highly recommend.
