Option One Plumbing offered a competitive is on the work and their online reviews were good, so I went with them.They sent a crew of 8 and not only complete the job in one day but did a fantastic job of engineering, so that there are no new exposed piping in or around our house. Their crew was courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. This may have been our best contract service work I have ever experienced. Kevin the office manager and the two foremen (Logan and Manuel) on the crew were fantastic."See more

Spoke with those who followed up with a phone call, and emailed pictures of the unit. Then nothing. I spent about a week doing this. I finally found Cory at Taylor through Thumbtack. I like that he’s a family owned business because those are usually the best customer service, and I wasn’t wrong. I sent my inquiry, he called and text me back almost immediately. I emailed him pictures. He scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. He did the work 2 days later. Fantastic customer service, very professional, and a nice guy besides. I highly recommend."See more
