UPDATE: In retaliation for the review below, I just got a bill for double what they quoted me. There were hundreds of dollars of "fees" they didn't tell me about. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Original Review: While they may be great at mobile notary, they are terrible at process serving, and I would recommend that you find another company to do this.
First, the company guaranteed that they would make 3 serve attempts by a certain date, as I had a rush job. That guarantee was not honored. They kept changing dates and times on me.
Second, the due diligence affidavit was hand-written, not on Judicial Counsel forms, and extremely unprofessional, like you could have just had a friend do the process serving and not paid for it.
I will say that I do definitely appreciate that the process server took ample photos for each serve attempt, which is why I gave 2 stars, but it's an unprofessional company in terms of process serving.
