In regard to communication, we made several attempts to contact you via phone, but unfortunately, the calls were not answered. As a result, we followed up through email and the Thumbtack platform to ensure you were informed. We are committed to providing excellent service and maintaining reliability, and we sincerely regret that we fell short in this instance.
