This pro was very affordable, beat the price of every one else. We met with our pro on a Friday and we were told we could expect our documents to be done the following Wednesday. When Wednesday arrived I reached out to the pro to inquire about my documents. Notice I had to message them they did not bother to contact me to tell me that there was a delay. I never asked for my documents by the following Wednesday this was their date that they gave me, so when I contacted them on wednsday I was told it would be a few more days which would be Friday....come Friday I called to check in on my documents and they responded with one word by text," Driving", letting me know she couldnt answer so I politely messaged and asked if she could call me back. ....No call back!!!!I didnt contact her again until Monday and Once again I got the run around about her being in court I asked for my documents and she said she sent me a draft saposedly on Friday but I never received any draft. Then I asked her to fax the case over to my job and she said she couldn't fax it over because it was too large. ..at this point I became very agitated because of the lack of communication I was wondering why she didnt contact me on Friday to let me know she was sending a draft or why She couldn't resend it once I told her I didn't receive it or why she couldn't fax it over when at our initial meeting she said she'd fax it over so I didn't have to drive. Something about the whole thing did not sit well with me... I expressed to her that I didn't feel I was having a good experience due to the lack of correspondence and the lack of communication. I don't feel that she's kept me updated as much as I would of liked to the point to where I've had to continually call or text to get any answers then she turned around and acted very hostile towards me accusing me if blowing her phone up and treating her badly when really all I've done is inquire about my documents that I paid her to prepare. The end result is that I had to cut service short, the service was sapost to include doc prep, filing, and serving the other party but Now I don't want to continue with this pro. Hopfully at best Ill walk away with prepared documents that I don't have to pay some one else to fix. As it is its gonna cost me more money to pay another process server to file and serve. I hope no one else has to go thru this. People obviously hire people to do them a service and they don't want to end up stressed out over it.
