This is the first time that I actually had a plumber come in and be completely honest with me. Elite Plumbing has all of my plumbing business for the rest of my life.
This afternoon, Daniel came in to look at my leaking toilet and my slow-draining tub. He showed me where the tub was running fine. He then looked in the toilet and said there was just one small part that needed to be replaced.
I asked him if he had that part, and he said, “No, but that I could go to Home Depot and get one.”
I looked it up on Amazon, and it cost $15.
When Daniel got ready to leave, I said, ”So how much?” He said, ”No, no, no, I didn’t really do anything. I just checked it all out.”
I said, ”Do I have a service fee? He said, ”No, no. I just wanted to be honest with you.”
Wow. I felt like I was in the movie, “A Mircle on 34th Street.” Now I know why Macy’s got a lot of press out of that movie. I am going to make sure to let the over 350 homeowners in our complex know about this experience.
When I have plumbing issues in the future, I will believe and trust Eleit Plumbing.
