He found plumbing problems that I didn't know existed. He repaired all plumbing issues. Made one trip to plumbing supply for parts. Both toilets work like new and they're quieter to flush now. He was more expensive than I expected. I would recommend him and I would hire him again for any further plumbing repairs. He was very nice. Extremely knowledgeable on plumbing issues.

The team from Plumb SD were exceptional to work with. After our very sudden discovery of a water main leak they responded to our home within one hour, provided an on site estimate and returned the next morning to complete the repairs. The technician was thorough in his explanation and transparent with the estimate he provided. He explained the quality of materials that would be used and the benefits of his approach. We had another company provide an estimate just to ensure we had two quotes to review and the Plumbing SD encouraged us to feel free to get a second estimate so we felt comfortable moving forward. The second estimate came in more than $300 more and with way less professionalism.
Our issue was resolved quickly and within budget. We are very grateful to the Plumb SD team.

Steven did an excellent job identifying and quickly resolving a leak issue. He was the 5th plumber that I called to try and resolve the problem. After several weeks and a ton of money spent on the other plumbing companies, Steven came in and resolved the issue in an hour and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use him again!

I had a leak under my manufactured home. When Phil took a look, he noticed an even bigger pipe problem further under the house that I would have never realized. Phil was thorough, professional, showed me pictures of the pipe problems, and explained what he was doing along the way , and he made it clear what the estimated cost would be. Although it cost more than I had originally anticipated when I called for plumbing help, Phil saved me what could have been a lot of money had my subfloor been damaged by the other pipe issue. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs that might come up.

They responded quickly to my work solicitation and had Chris come out and give me a quote pretty soon after.
He gave good advice on the unit I had bought prior to the job, and gave me a few recommendations on other units that would work better for the size of our homes and the amount of people living here.
I researched the unit and was convinced that it would indeed work out better for our home. Once I called Happy Plumbing back to confirm the job, they were quick about setting up a work date and went over the financing.
Once Chris came back out to my home, he got to work right away. It’s obvious that he is very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade which just reinforced my choice in choosing Happy Plumbing.

Andre is a true professional. I have known him as a plumber now for over a year. I hired him the first time to help identify why my washing machine was backing up and not draining water. He quickly identified the issue and provided several affordable options (snake and hydro flush)to try to fix the issue.
Turned out even after hydro flushing, it still wasn’t clear, sent a scope down and it was a root that broke into my cast iron.
My cast iron was original from the 1970’s... and of course it was buried in concrete... but I made the call to replace all the cast iron I’m under my home and have ABS installed.
Fast forward, a few weeks after, I was super pleased with his service that I called him back to install my hot water heater.
Now this week, I was faced with yet another plumbing issue. You’d think having brand new pipes you wouldn’t have any issues. However I have a toddler who had flushed a toy down my toilet causing it not to flush.
I reached out around 9am, and he was able to work me in same day.
He arrived earlier than expected, and eager to get to work. He was able to unclog my toilet and that was it. He advised me to buy a snake, a simple one from Home Depot and give it a go if it happens again.
Couple things I’d like to point out about Andre is he has great customer service skills. He remembered my family and asked how they were doing. He is reliable and friendly, on time, professional and affordable.
Will be calling him for all my future plumbing needs.
