Polite and nice customer service. However, although CMS offers customers the option to change instructors, I was not notified that I would typically be paying a lot more ($180) for my current guitar instructor through CMS than what I would otherwise be paying if I obtain lessons directly from the instructor ($130). It would have been nice to have been notified and therefore compare prices for different instructors of which CMS offers. Take note though, that it varies from instructor to instructor. CMS charges more than what the instructor would charge (that is, if not through CMS) for some instructors, and less than the regular price if done through CMS for other(s) instructors (at least one instructor that i specifically heard of).
Overall, I feel CMS is professional in their business and I enjoy working with my current instructor that CMS offered me. Also, CMS offers opportunities to let them know if you are fine with your experience as soon as the beginning of lessons.
If I was notified about the pricing difference before i made the decision to purchase, I probably would've given 5 stars. Now I am aware that CMS offers bonuses (recitals etc.) that may otherwise be unavailable if done directly through the instructor and that seems reasonable that I would charged more for the same instructor. But in consideration with a voice teacher being much cheaper through CMS anyways, I would question why. Anyways, it would've been neat if I was notified of price differences and the other options of instructors in such cases.
