Hugo and Miguel came to me in the final hour. Thought I'd already decided on a plumber and told Hugo such, but he offered a quote anyway and I am so glad he did! Without hearing the other bids, he quoted me on the job and was fair and much better on the price point, beating the other 3 other plumbing companies by some margin. When I asked him why he was so low, he told me honestly about his history as a career plumber and that he'd started his own company because he was tired of being forced to work people over for things that shouldn't cost so much. I respect that more than I can share - I've been had before. Speaking of which the highest quote I'd gotten, by far, was Drain Right who was charging over $1300 for something that Hugo did for much less; in fact, the nearest price to Drain Right was still $700 cheaper than they'd quoted. COVA is licensed and efficient and completely knowledgeable on how to get the job done. Really nice guys, they left my kitchen looking like they'd never been there after repairing some copper piping in my ceiling. I will absolutely be recommending them to any of my neighbors, all of my friends/family, and they have just become my new go-to plumbers for anything I can't do (or don't have the time to do) myself. Very grateful they called.
