Have had a lot of work done for my grandparent's older home. Jaramillo’s Construction has been by far the most impressive work. Their professionalism and care for the work that they accomplished were reflected in the outcome.
They were very respectful towards their property and showed genuine care, and took my grandparent's concerns seriously.
This is the second bathroom in their home. They repiped, added an air vent, and completely remodeled it in less than two weeks. This bathroom came out 10x’s better than their first bathroom (previously done by a different company). They have gotten so many compliments and are completely satisfied with such a job well done.

We hired Jaramillo to convert a window to a door and tile a concrete staircase. They were very responsive throughout, reasonably priced (especially for a licensed contractor) and did a good job.
They underestimated the time it would take but I guess that happens in construction. Whenever there was any issue, they addressed them without complaining or making excuses.
Will definitely hire them again.

Great customer service , I needed some repairs around the house. He came to give me a free estimate, his price was reasonable. I felt great at the end , he finished the job when he said he would and never felt pressure from him to up-charge me on anything I did not need. Will defiantly be using them again for all my home repairs.

They renovated my bathroom and did such an amazing beautiful job. Paid so much attention to detail and made a clean cut in my new floor and wall clothing. Just how I wanted, the quality of the work has been amazing specially when most companies have gotten a little lazy. 100% will recommend! In love with their job/art.
