I notice water leaking into my house from the flat roof area into a light fixture. I contacted Ecosmart and got an immediate reply. Elijah was the manager assigned to my project and was great! He stopped by to assess the situation and gave me a fair quote for the work. They removed the existing roofing and replaced it doing the hot mopping process. After the heavy rains (late December 2023) it appears their work did the job! No leak!! I also requested to have some gutters installed on part of my home and they are working how I imagined. He came to give a consultation and provided us with the best options based on how we wanted the projects to go. The first project was to redo the front yard, removing all the existing bushes and adding 4 new citrus trees and 2 beautiful olive trees. Simple Choice proposed deigns and sourced gorgeous plants and trees that have held up very well over the past 2 very wet winters.We were very impressed with the first project so we contacted Peter to replace all the flooring in our house, including the staircase, and a full interior paint job. We also contracted them to build a screened-in porch for us. The flooring process was shockingly easy for us. Peter found us a great flooring option at a price lower than we could find it ourselves.
