6/17/2022-Richard responded quickly to my inquiry about my printer not powering up. I talked to him about my problem after I received his contact information. He informed me about possible problems with the printers and offered possible solutions, but he would need to do a diagnostic test on the printer to know for certain why the printer would not power up. We scheduled a time for him to check the printer the next day.
The next day, Richard did a diagnostic test on the printer and determine that the motherboard had failed. He explained things to me while he was doing the diagnostic test.
My printer was seven years old and trying to repair it would probably cost as much as a new one even if parts were available.
I decided to get another printer from Richard. When I original spoke with him, he mentioned that he had a same brand printer available if I needed one and that he would bring it. He set up the replacement printer and check that it was performing correctly.
Richard Ramirez arrived on time, was a professional, explained things about the printer, charged reasonably, and helped solved my printer problem in less than two days. That is why I gave him a five-star rating.
