- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job gets an exact written price before any work begins. No surprises, no pressure, and no "today only" discounts. Most repairs and handyman work are quoted by the job. Bigger projects start with a free in-home visit, and the written estimate includes the full price and schedule. Financing is available on larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding what you actually need, whether that's one repair or a whole list. For bigger projects we do a free in-home visit and you get a written estimate with the exact price and schedule before any work begins. During the job we protect your floors, keep the work area contained, and clean up at the end of every day. You're living there, and we work like it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed, bonded and insured contractor (AZ ROC #327805) with over 20 years working on Tucson homes. I'm also a certified Senior Home Safety Specialist, trained in modifying homes for aging in place. Our labor is backed by a two year workmanship warranty. And above all, common sense, which no certificate can give you.
