The security door they installed is hard to open and close.... Also where are the keys to the door handle and dead bolt? They were never given to us. The young man was punctual and nice though but we need the keys of the door handle and dead bolt he installed.

Ray with GWS was prompt, friendly, efficient and professional. He even took a look at a couple of other doors in the house and put in some pads to plug gaps in the weatherstripping. If we have window or door repairs in the future, we're calling GWS first. It's good to find someone who does the job as promised and on schedule.

I needed all the mounding replaced on 2 doors, and various parts of the mounding replaced on 3 additional doors. The work was excellent and every thing looks brand new. They also cleaned up all debris. And all for a reasonable price. If I need similar work done in the future, I'll call GWS. I highly recommend them.
