They came out to unclog a drain, found an issue with the pipe and it turned into a whole thing. What I didn’t like was the pressure they put on to “fix it immediately” because it was an “emergency” even the pipe had likely been that way since before I bought the house three years ago. They pressured me to sign and put a deposit down for the work even though I didn’t even want to schedule it for another week. As a single woman living alone I did not like the feeling they gave me, and as soon as they left I called a handyman who told me their price was astronomical and the work was definitely not an emergency. I reached out to them to cancel the future job and pay them only for the work they had done but they ignored me for several days. When they did respond, they asked me to write a review rather than address my concerns. Hence, they are getting a poor review. These guys aren’t trustworthy and will take you to the cleaners on pricing - keep looking.
