It was an out of body experience as she navigated us through fluid movements and reminded us to do what is comfortable for our bodies. The sound bath was an emotional moment of relief. She incorporates her wealth of knowledge and intuition into each session fluidly, meeting me where I am and picking up on subtle cues that many times I was not even aware of. I’ve had multiple sessions with her so far, and each one has been memorable and unique. What has surprised me most about my experience is how amazing it feels to surrender and allow someone else to do the work. For me, this took a little practice as I am inclined to want to ‘help’ and I may have a slight tendency for maintaining control :) but with each session this process became easier for me and I was able to achieve deeper relaxation & release, as well as clarity post session. I also really appreciate the intentionality that Shannon initiates and that we set together prior to starting each time. Greatly looking forward to our next time together!"See more
