My meditation session with monarch mindfulness was a pleasure from the start. Nikki asked insightful questions to determine what type of meditation was best to meet my goals. The medication session was peaceful, uplifting, and eye-opening. I will continue to come back to her time and time again.

Thank you, Bella, for your review!! It was with great joy that we were to work together and you found my services beneficial. I look forward to working with you in the near future!

Nikki Brooks is a spirit-led meditation coach that creates a natural space for healing, guiding you to release what is no longer needed and supporting you as you make space for new energy and experiences.
The universe brought Nikki and I together over a year ago and I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been able to work with her on the downloadable guided meditations offered at www.Bathtisma.com.
I was looking for a meditation product that would complement our bath soaks and enhance my customer’s at-home ritual bathing experience. Nikki delivered! My customers love her guided meditations and have stated that her meditation(s) helped them stay focused on their desired outcomes.
Working with Nikki was a great experience. Nikki listened to my needs, was flexible, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Nikki.

My husband and I had several virtual meditation sessions with Nikki. We now meditate together daily. She listened patiently and helped us to create a space for meditation. We enjoyed practicing many variations of mediation. She is well versed and knowledgeable.
