A consistent yoga practice transformed my life when I started practicing in 2010. My teaching style has been shaped by my personal experiences managing chronic illness, debilitating pain and postpartum recovery. I specialize in attention to anatomy and form as well as intuitive perception and guidance for my clients.
To complement traditional yoga practices and achieve deeper levels of integration, we may use guided meditation, Brain Gym, Ayurveda, Reiki and other forms of energy work.
