I tried several roofing companies and remodeling companies to determine the problem and fix it. Several identified poor ventilation, but no one seemed interested in solving the issue, until Peter, Redline Remodeling, who described the steps necessary to properly vent my attic and options to reduce cost while still solving the problem. I also decided to replace the 35 year old gutters as well. I wanted the gutter covers since I have many tall trees. Peter investigated the best type to use since I have cottonwoods. And when the fix to my roof didn’t require as much material as originally estimated, Peter discounted the final payment to reflect that. The job was completed in two days and the workers cleaned up my yard and driveway to look as if they were never there. Great job and I trust my ventilation problems are over."See more
