The roof siding and gutter replacement service that provided to me was fantastic. Everyone I had contact with, from the sales pro to the office staff to the work crew, were polite and professional and thorough. Communication before and during the install was great. They graciously took the time to answer all my questions. The work specs done by the sales pro were complete and correct because the crew came prepared to get the job done quickly and accurately. And the materials were top notch. I would highly recommend Advanced Home Exterior!

It is always a little scary to look for a new company to do major work on your home. Will they show up? Will they do a good job? Will they clean up after themselves? Geraldi Hoxhallari at first seems a little intense, but he's professional and writes a better more detailed quote than the other companies I requested siding and gutter/downspout quotes from. His crew did a great job, made sure they reached out to Geraldi if I had questions and didn't rush the job. And I had something I wasn't planning on fixing, but the insurance adjuster decided to mark a small hail ding on a window with a sharpie, and Advanced Home Exterior replaced the damaged marked up window facia for no extra charge. I would recommend Advanced Home Exterior for any siding, gutter or roofing work. They didn't work on my roof, but after my recent experience, I would trust them more than a company I hadn't worked with in the past.

This company needs to be more professional. They were 'no show' during the appointment. They seem to loosen track of the appointment and waste time without even informing. I am no longer working with them. Very frustrating.

Hi Muhammad, I’m sorry that you are not being honest in your review. We did speak 1 hour prior to the appointment and I did let you know that I am running behind on schedule and did ask you if you would have liked to reschedule but you said you were no longer interested. So no, we were not a no show because we did communicate and informed you. We track our calls and messages with times and dates because of false accusations like this review you posted. Thank you.
