Great experience. I call Sunday morning and within an hour the technician arrived and fix the water line supply for my toilet.

I called that morning about a clogged toilet, and before the afternoon not only was my system back online it had been improved. The technician noticed that the toilet was not placed on the wax seal properly and its original installation and that could lead to problems later so he made sure that was corrected and he updated our tank mechanism so it would fill faster. The toilet is an older model. Our tech was mindful to be clean, professional, respectful.

Noah from Mr. Rooter just left my house. He was on time/even early. Explained what needed fixing, as well as what other options may be needed depending on how detailed the job was. No matter how much repair was needed, he had everything in his truck so there was no waiting. Luckily, the least amount of repair and damage needed tending too, so he fixed, cleaned and disinfected. Mr Rooter has always been my go to place. Noah's service exemplified this business once again.
