Odyssey Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Chris came out to do our repair and was punctual, professional, and got our sink working like it was brand new for an incredible value. We'd received one prior quote from Seatown and they were trying to convince us to replace our sink, among other things, when all we needed was a new cartridge. We're talking a couple hundred bucks vs. thousands of dollars in unnecessary suggestions. We will absolutely call Odyssey Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our expansion tank failed unexpectedly late at night. While it wasn’t an emergency, I turned off the water and reached out to several plumbers. Odyssee Plumbing stood out by responding promptly the next morning with same-day availability. Lee arrived around 10 am, quickly diagnosed the issues related to the burst expansion tank, and helped assess my 15-year-old water heater, which we decided to replace as a proactive measure. Lee was patient, professional, and efficient, starting work right away and restoring hot water by 3 pm. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thanks to Odyssee Plumbing and Lee for their excellent work!

I recommend Gene and Odyssey in the highest regard. I had a time sensitive situation, and they were able to come out the same day and created a solution in a very efficient manner. They show genuine interest and concern for fixing our needs, and they did so with a fantastic attitude. I asked many questions, knowing they were “dumb”, yet he never made me feel that way. On top of that, their rates are very fair and I wish them all the best!

Lee did a great job on resolving the leak in our driveway. He was fast, efficient and professional. I had actually cancelled on him at the start since another company was over giving us a quote. They ended up not having a work crew so I called Lee back and he came out straight away. Odyssey ended up being close to half the price of the original quote. I will definitely be using them again.
