- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer and going over whats going on. then we get the estimate together and sent over to the customer. Once the estimate is signed we schedule a start date. After the work is completed, we contact and verify that the work is complete and done correctly.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Lots of people seem to go for the cheaper company. that isn't always the best thing. You get what you pay for. So you go with someone that cost a little more, the work is going to be done correctly.
