WORK QUALITY: fantastic. He was efficient and fast without sacrificing quality.
RESPONSIVENESS: above and beyond. Josh responded quickly and professionally to my scheduling needs. I had a bit of an awkward window where work would be ideal, and Josh was able to accommodate.
PUNCTUALITY: clearly a pro. He showed up slightly early -but not too early, for the scheduled appointment.
PROFESSIONALISM: definitely a pro. Josh got right to the task, demonstrating an obvious knowledge base and skill.
VALUE: exceptional. Because of his knowledge and efficiency, he was able to get the work done right in a timely manner and ended up charging me slightly less than what was quoted. I do not know if that is a fairly normal practice, but I appreciated the adjustment when he assessed the job.
