Corey came out and set traps. We were getting set to lay seed for a new lawn when a mole pushed through. Called Thursday and they were out Friday. I did sign up for the every 5th week for a year maintenance, pay for each service, not monthly. So I will be in a contract with them for 1 year. We shall see how that works. And how successful they are with the moles!

I had called them to deal with rodents and they put out traps which they said they were going to bait later so that the rodents would sort of habituate to their presence. They charged me for repeated visits, but it turns out they never actually baited the rodent traps!!!!!! They made no refund because they said they did insect control treatments during their visits but those treatments appear to have had no effect at all. As far as I can tell, I wasted a lot of money. And they made it really difficult to cancel the “service”. Never again would I do business with these people nor would I recommend them to anyone else

The original manager that came out to survey the house and offer your company services. I believe his name is Tyrone, he was absolutely amazing he thoroughly went over every detail that I needed to know and I mean Ive been a salesman myself and I know when people are just out to obtain my business and dont care. he was the complete opposite I dont feel like I was being sold on anything, I just felt like he was really out here with a true concern and was really just trying to make my home a safe place for my daughter And I, too get rid of pests he did an amazing job. Then my actual tech that came in did his job Robert, was quick professional and did an amazing job as well. Overall I was extremely satisfied with your guys work here and the quality of work that Robert performed was fantastic.bI definitely will continue being a repeat customer. For a long time!
