The customer service was outstanding. From my first phone call to the completion of the job I was kept in the loop. They went out of their way to get someone out to my house as quickly as possible. Thank you Anthony for coming out same day! Anthony was professional, polite, and friendly. I decided to go with pike Plumbing even before we received our quote. Then the dreaded quote$2000 LOWER than the other two companies that came out. That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. There were no hidden or extra fees. My tankless unit was not stocked locally and had to be shipped from California. One of the other companies was going to charge us $250 (plus tax)extra for shipping the unit. We were not charged a single penny over our quote. Anthony installed our tankless water heater today. He did a great job with the installation. He kept me updated on his progress. He gave me options for the new control panel, and helped me better understand the gas and electric shut offs to my unit.

I had a leak in the bathtub that also dripped down into the condo below me. After ServPro came out and did the mitigation, I called Pike Plumbing to locate and fix the leak. They came out the next day and fixed the leak. Anthony, the plumber, did a great job and took pictures for me so I could send to my insurance company. I also had excellent communication with Kelsey in the office. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a pipe that was punctured due to a nail from the drywall which caused a leak as soon the drywall was demoed, called and they were able to get a technician out same day to get it fixed right away.
