Then proceeded to more than double the quote provided over the phone. Felt like they thought that if they had the contract ready to sign and we'd already taken the time to meet with them, we'd just go forward instead of getting a quote from another vendor.Fortunately for us, we called Advanced Asbestos and spoke with Vicki. Vicki was incredibly helpful over the phone and was able to give us an accurate quote based on a few photos sent via text (no need to schedule a visit). Their crew came out and was very professional. Importantly, they identified that there was some vermiculite under some floor boards and went the extra mile, sawing out the floor boards to remove it.All around, great experience.
