Marc is amazing! His utter professionalism shone on the phone and throughout our visit. He detected the hidden source of my kitchen sink leak; searched online for the best value for a new faucet of my preferred style; noticed 3 plastic grey quest pipe shut-off valves that needed to be replaced with brass units due to their high failure rate (hot water erosion, cracks & leaks); and explained very clearly the reasons for every step in the process. His thorough knowledge of plumbing and the best options for repairs were impressive & reassuring. His estimate was reasonable. I was absolutely sold on him; however, my cousin, hearing of my predicament, volunteered to help me out, thus ending my very pleasant association with Marc!

Anthony from DnA was great. He was fast to respond and be out on site within hours. I had a bit of an emergency, so timeliness was key. He addressed the root of the problem by adding a useful addition to my plumbing system to allow for easier problem solving later down the road and was quick. I will definitely hire DnA again for my plumbing needs.

We hired DNA to repair a pipe leak, and added the water heater repair & maintenance service in the end as well for a bundle price. They did a fine job. Even though the repair did not fix the issue at first, they came back a couple of weeks later to fix it. While the water damage restoration company they referred to us was a disaster and a disappointment. I'll do my own research before taking a reference.
