- When I did outreach Hoa responded within minutes. He was extremely quick to respond to each message
- He was available immediately and we met to discuss installing lights on my house
- I was able to purchase my own lights and Hoa was helpful at giving recommendations and explaining the pros and cons of different light sets. He measured my house and also recommended how many strings to buy, as well as extension cords. This is something I could not have done myself!
- When the lights came in the mail Hoa was ready to install the next morning. He has a small, polite, and fast-working team.
- This was a team effort from all sides and I appreciated that Hoa gave advice, took my feedback, and installed the lights exactly as planned

From start to finish this project took less than 10 days. Most of that time was waiting for the lights to arrive. I'm ecstatic to have year-round lights up before the holiday season.
