Oliver S. says, "We took a gamble choosing L&S Landscaping. There were only 2 online reviews to their name at the time. Still, upon meeting Santiago and Liborio, I saw honest and hardworking individuals who came back multiple times to the house to answer my questions on replacing a retaining wall and fence. I had a good feeling about L&S and their bid was great value without over promising on the results. We compared it to several experienced landscapers but still opted for this new team because they were punctual, responsive and above all accountable even before the contract was signed. As for the results, they delivered. Even exceeded my expectations. I knew they were legit when they drove the bobcat/mini-excavator into my backyard to reposition some boulders. Didn't expect that my small retaining wall would require heavy machinery. Upon conclusion of the job, their team said they will be back in the spring to reseed the whole lawn even though that wasn't in the contract - again love the professionalism and attention to detail. Most others would just leave the job site as-is and count their money. Not these guys. L&S Landscaping take a bow. We would happily endorse you for future projects."See more

Nanette C. says, "I have only the most positive things to say about my experience having Bonney Lake Landscapes build me a retaining wall. Roger has been extremely responsive, checking in daily at the end of each day to make sure things were going OK. Eloy and Walter, who built the wall, are so hard working, professional, polite, and detail oriented. Eloy pulled out all the tree saplings with his bulldozer thingy (sorry, don't know the correct name for the equipment), and Walter was easily carrying the old railroad ties and tossing them in the truck. The work was done on a very hot day and these two worked hard throughout the day with only a brief break for lunch. At the end of the job Eloy blew the dirt off the wall and street and just made everything look wonderful! I came into the project a bit apprehensive as I've had other gardener/landscaping services that were not very good. I'm so happy I decided to work with Bonney Lake Landscapes. I will be calling on them to help with additional projects. THANK YOU Roger, Eloy, and Walter! You did a wonderful job!"See more

Diego's work is fantastic, he is timely and very responsive and values customer appreciation over money. He did a great job of ordering black fine bark from the distributor of our choice and then installed it in our backyard. The one blip was a slight miscommunication between us on the amount of grass to remove and bark to be ordered. He did a great job fixing the miscommuncation by agreeing to do the work for a slight increase in cost but, I would have valued him more if he would provide more professional suggestions than go plainly based on what I say. If you work with Diego he'll do great job but I encourage everyone to double check the contract to avoid issues for both parties. we installed 9 yards of mulch, deep edging and stone cleaning and relocation for $2500.
