I hired Stevens Contracting to remodel/do some upgrades throughout my 1938 craftsman in Seattle. Patrick was quick to respond and came in with the lowest bid and hourly rate. I think this was due partially to him trying to get his business going in Seattle as he had relocated his business here from Bellingham/Orcas Island. Either way the quality of work I got for the price was unbeatable. He completely renovated my main bathroom (to the studs) and in the process discovered and repaired some water damage, laid new flooring through out my home, built custom cabinet doors for our very outdated built-ins, redid the steps to my entryway and remodeled my small covered porch and refinished/painted my kitchen cabinets. My home has many quirks and Patrick was able to think on his feet and come up with solutions quickly. I wanted light and bright but I didn’t want to steer too far away from the old charm of my home and Patrick delivered just that. He’s a true carpenter and a highly talented woodworker. I would use Stevens Contracting again in a heartbeat. I’ve revommended him to two friends one of which is an investor and flips homes. Patrick has worked with her on three homes and they have turned out stunning and I’ve heard nothing but praises about his workmanship.

Patrick built us a deck, fence, shed, fire pit bench area and trellis. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and work quality is outstanding. He did a great job listening to exactly what we wanted and kept within our budget. Would absolutely hire him again in a heartbeat!

Patrick tiled our entire house floor with large 2' by 4' Italian porcelain tiles. These are large and heavy tiles, which Patrick handled effortlessly! Patrick is a conscientious, multi-talented, skilled all-purpose contractor, with a can-do attitude. He was always available to help us with other heavy or awkward tasks while he was here. Patrick has excellent character and is honest, trustworthy, hard-working and energetic. After getting to know him, we are honored to count him as a friend.
