Needed tile job finished after 1st contractor had medical issue. They came very next day and completed job with just generator working. Were on time and did excellent work. Will definitely use them in the future as well as highly recommend.

Anatoly and his team are all great and did an excellent job tiling our bathroom floors. I wish I found them earlier because their work is amazing and much much better than the previous guy I hired. I am so happy to see how our new bathroom floors turned out and will definitely hire them again for future projects! Will also be referring my friends and family to them since customer satisfaction is their top priority. I hired AK to replace two bathroom floors. I wish I could give them higher ratings but there were some major issues with my project. The first day after demolition including removal of old toilets, the water faucet connecting to toilet in downstairs bathroom was dripping. They just used a towel on the floor to catch it, when I saw it I offered a big cup to hold the dripping water. They said they were going to fix it. And I trusted they were professional, thought they should know how to handle it, so didn't think too much of it. They applied waterproofing material that had a very strong odor so I kept the bathroom doors shut overnight and didn't check further. The next day they came and installed the tiles. When I went checking the installed tiles, I noticed the water was still dripping, and this time Anatoly told me I needed to replace the cup in 6 hours otherwise it'd be full. I said OK and still didn't realize something was wrong. Then at night when I checked the cup and saw it was almost full, it finally dawned on me, if it's full now, it must have been full and water must have overflown last night! So basically the whole night last night water was flowing onto the subfloor, which they must have noticed this morning, and they didn't think of either informing me or doing something to remedy, and just went ahead to install tiles on the wet floor? I was very frustrated that night and stayed until midnight to ensure the cup was replaced again and water won't overflow again. The next morning, I noticed they actually also placed a smaller cup in upstairs bathroom so the same issue actually happened in upstairs bathroom, which I had no idea earlier, although the dripping was smaller so the damage was hopefully smaller. Anyway the next day they sent a plumber to fix the dripping, which was so quick and easy so I don't understand why they didn't do it in the first place. I also asked them to wait several days before putting in the grout to allow subfloor to dry better (although the tiles had been installed so I don't know how much that really helped).
Some other issues: The downstairs toilet after installed, was actually leaking water. They came back the next day and fixed it, but I'm now left with no confidence in them and keep wondering if the wax ring was installed properly given the smell in the bathroom (still giving it some time to decide whether I need to do something about it). I needed to point to them in front of their faces several areas where caulk was not applied for them to actually do it (shouldn't they do a thorough check themselves if they're professional?) After I paid I also noticed the grout was missing in some places (which I managed to fill in myself), and in a few places there are dark spots in the grout which I initially thought was gap, but turned out they must be the thinset spilling over so there is no way to get rid of them and they just look like permanent dirty spots.
Pros: At least they (mostly Alex, since the other guys don't speak English so communication was mostly through him) had good attitude and tried to address these issues after I found them. But I wish they had taken this job more seriously and avoided these mistakes in the first place.
