Ricardo and his team were extremely professional and quick. The work they did was amazing and we are in love with our new deck! Ricardo was super responsive to email, and kept us updated on the schedule for the project. He was very flexible with our timeline and helped us design what we were looking for! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new deck. We had an estate project so I’m sure he can handle anything you need!

10/10 - Exceeded all expectations for a new, improved deck! I had found Ricardo and his CLR team on Thumbtack, when I searched for “new deck” - and I’m so glad I found him. I reached out to five companies for quotes and Ricardo was not only the most cost-effective, but I immediately trusted his professionalism and knowledge. I only have one “before” photo to showcase the absolute chaos our deck was - I will tell you though: it was three different, disconnected decks, all built at different times and with different mechanics: one deck was a plastic tarp like finish, one broken, rotted wood deck and a standard wood deck under a makeshift chicken coup roofing. Sufficed it to say — it was neither pretty, nor functional, nor safe. When I met with Ricardo, he worked with me on my budget and told me what would be possible, he gave me the information direct and concise. We came to an agreement in price and scope of work and his team was on-site within a week. Two photos included in this review are “after” - Ricardo and his team built all parts of this deck: waterproofing (where it is over a garage), cable railing, stairs, concrete landing. What the pictures do not show effectively is the entire rework of the structure under the deck. We used TimberTech and it needed 2x8s and a reconfigured weight distribution and they did it all with skill. The three, disconnected, ugly and unsafe decks were transformed into one cohesive deck that is an absolute stunner. It’s our favorite place in the house to be, the deck is perfectly crafted and beautiful. His team was fantastic to work with: polite and professional. I will be using them again when I am able to redo my front porch and other side deck. I highly recommend CLR for your deck.

Clr construction did an amazing job on replacing our deck and I’d highly recommend their services. Our deck was old and dry rotted, unstable and definitely not up to code (see pic). I got three quotes using thumbtack and Ricardo made several recommendations on the replacement that really upscaled the look of the deck. His pricing was competitive and his team’s availability was perfect timing for us (started within days of signing the contract). In fact, I was going out of town so they put a few extra hands on the project and got the work done ahead of schedule. Ricardo and Cara were very responsive to my questions and text messages - constantly keeping me updated on progress and when the crew would arrive/be done. They were very reliable- arriving when they said, there all day working on the project, and finishing up and thoroughly cleaning up all ahead of schedule. The deck looks so great…much better than we envisioned - very modern and sleek (see pics). We never went on the old deck in the 3 yrs since we bought the house and now it’s our go to spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Highly recommend Clr Construction.
