I coordinated what was needed and plumbing concerns. Technician Shawn came out and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions and my two toilets were installed within a timely fashion. The cost for the service was very economical even when there was a technical problem with the second toilet installation. I was given a call on the problem and cost.

We are very satisfied with the job Fred completed at our house. The quality of the work he did was excellent, and he did not cut corners when it came to doing a thorough job. All we wanted him to do was to replace a broken toilet with a new one we had purchased. But when he took out the broken toilet, he was able to take pictures that showed how the old toilet had been leaking for a while and had damaged the subfloor. The photos showed us that the setting for the toilet was all broken and would need to be replaced as well. The photos were important because we live out of state and he was installing the new Toto toilet in our rental home. He gave us a fair price for fixing everything, not just installing the toilet, and even reimbursed the tenants for them having to haul away the broken toilet to the dump. We would recommend Fred to anyone who needs a plumber.

They did such a great job replacing my toilet. I'm aware that I'm going to sound crazy when I say this, but I am fairly certain that the toilet that they replaced was haunted. I bought my house in December of last year and the toilet in my powder room was the only one I didn't replace. It was running like crazy, so I took a crack at installing all of the components inside the tank. It was still running, so my boyfriend bought a whole new kit and replaced all the parts again. It was still broken, and we had to rig the handle to get it to not run, but it was good enough. Just a couple days after that the toilet started leaking from the bottom. I was over it.
They were able to come out the same day and replace the toilet. Turns out the old homeowners didn't install it correctly, and The floor needed to be leveled. After they got the toilet out, they ran up to the hardware store to get everything needed to level the floor and get the toilet installed correctly. Everything is running great now, and I'm happy to say that the haunted toilet is no more.
10/10 will use you guys again. Thank you for being so quick, professional, and just all around nice people.

Plumber arrived on time and informed the tenant the installation price would be $150 (original quote to the homeowner was $120). Added a $50 charge to take the new boxed toilet up one flight of stairs and a $50 charge to take the existing toilet down the stairs. When questioned by the homeowner about the cost , stated "You know what, I am not going to do this job" hung up the phone and walked out of the house.

The gentleman who came out and assessed our project was definitely kind in nature don’t get me wrong but from what we now know of our experience I believe we were being played unfortunately. The originally discussed price for removing an old toilet and installing an upgrade was $189 unless when he got back there; there was extra work needing to be done. To this we agreed. He got back there and stated that what needs to be done is beyond his wheelhouse and that we would need to hire an actual plumber versus a handyman. We asked him for a recommendation and he connected with a partner who wanted to charge us $1,500 to install the new toilet… which included cutting into the floor for some reason and not replacing the flooring after…we said no due to finances at this time however we have had multiple plumbers provide estimates since this interaction and when we explained what we were told they expressed how easy this job is and that we were most likely being taken advantage of. By the end of our interaction with Alphastream’s tech he charged us only a $50 estimate fee and reinstalled our old toilet so we had a place to use the restroom. There is now a small leak we will mitigate when the plumber we hired comes on-site from the interaction with this vendor that was not there prior. I’m not sure if the vendor from this company was spearheading any level of scam towards us, if his partnering plumber was, or if the way it was described to the plumber gave the indication it was more work than it was but suffice it to say no one appreciates finding out their project isn’t actually going to cost a kidney. I’m so thankful for my background in project management as I never accept only one estimate. I hope other people have better interactions, I wish continued but responsible success to this company, and my review should be a call for accountability either in the face of purposeful intent or a lack of knowledge per the customer service aspect of their craft. Thank you.
