Hired to install a new garbage disposal and just as he went to leave, our sewer line backed up. He jumped into action fixing it immediately saving us an emergency plumbing call late one New Year’s Eve. I do my estimates for free and about the pricing i have a list guide that my brother and stepdad use which i can negotiate if the job is easier than usual i don’t mind helping my clients i just want to be able to fix any issues so my clients can use their plumbing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to introduce myself and i do my estimate for free it depends on the client if they want to work with me or not but i always take my time to check the issue and explain whats going on
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first time i was around this kind of job was 8 years ago but i started 2 years ago i been to a lot of houses fixing plumbing issues.
