- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My session investments begin at $250 for an hour long session and increase based on the number of individuals and hours of service needed for a particular project. I do offer a 25% military and first responder discount for clients who book over $400 worth of services with me for sessions or events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients before our session! I am here to be your biggest hype girl as well as someone you can trust. I aim to learn what my clients hope to get out of their experience with me and I also want to get to know them better as individuals. I feel I can better capture their essences if they're comfortable and know what they are getting from this experience. By the time my clients leave their session, I want them to know that they have got a new best friend! I often help coordinate outfits, suggest locations, and ask to see any images that inspire them for our session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly investing in myself and my business! I frequently attend workshops and styled shoots to continue evolving my craft and to get comfortable in any and all lighting situations. I have committed countless hours to learning new editing practices, composition styles, and tips to help improve my clients experience and final product. I LOVE what I do and there is rarely a day that goes by when I am not improving Tori Fielding Photography.
