Our system for pricing isn't too complicated. We offer different monthly support packages, providing a set number of support hours and benefits for a set cost and a listed price for work beyond those hours. We also do work on individual one-time projects as well, for a set price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find IT Support that knows how to communicate effectively with you. Not all IT Specialists know how to communicate effectively, and this is how money is lost. The ability to address your companies' specific needs comes through with communication, therefore it is VITAL.
