- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to see the projects in person to give a better price. Our estimates are always free with no obligation to hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After customer reaches out to us, we like to set an appointment to look at the project, we give the quote at the moment or within the next 24 hours. If customer decides to hire us, we usually have availability within 2 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been doing floor installation for many years.
