I told him about the bathtub faucet leak & how I’d gotten a new faucet set with valve, thinking to replace the whole thing. He explained that plan meant cutting through a wall & how much it could potentially cost when it could be an easy, much less expensive fix. On the day of the appointment, Andrew looked at the leak, suggested the easier fix & I agreed. Marco got to work on it while Chris said he’d disconnected one hose outside & would do the same for the others. Little did I know that a connected hose could make a pipe more vulnerable to freezing! Marco finished the job in good time. He showed me the part he’d replaced & explained what had broken in the old one. He also replaced the aerator on the bath sink because it wasn’t working well. All three guys were knowledgeable, efficient, & friendly. I appreciated their educating me on how to protect my pipes & other tips on good water system maintenance. They are now my go-to plumbers!
