These people are very unprofessional! I scheduled them for my project, and they never show up. At least message or call your client to inform them that you're not coming 😒. I wasn't expected that from them after all the five-star reviews I had seen in here.

You must first know that we recently came from a state with soft water and the system we had here was less than 5 years old. So the combination of our lack of knowledge and a relatively new system made us a hard sell.
But the Water Dr. hung in there with us, answering all of our questions. Originally we had a water softener only. But the Water Dr. showed information about addressing the quality as well as hardness of our water.
We had a lot of questions and what was most impressive about Water Dr. was they answered all of our questions by showing us the answers rather than just telling us.
As an example they took us to the website that showed what was in the water for our zip code. Then showed us a chemical confirmation that these chemicals were in our home.
They also showed us how our existing system had been damaged and that our water flow was significantly reduced.
Water Dr. installed a new system with both a softener and charcoal purifier. The water pressure has doubled throughout our home. We stopped buying bottled water because our tap water tastes so good. Our water has gone from hard with white water spots to so soft my wedding band slips off in the shower.
These people really know their business (consumate professionals)
If you have questions or need help with your water you will be safe with these people. They remind me of the old days when it was said "My word is my bond"
