Lee’s Repairs was a Godsend. My water heater went out over a holiday weekend, and my home warranty company assigned a company without after-hours service. As to not have to wait days for just a response, I used Thumbtack to find an alternative. Lee’s responded right away, and were able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved the same day. I had questions a few hours later, and they came out the next day to resolved the situation. Will absolutely recommend this company in the future.

I contacted Martin to perform a repair on my water heater. He made special effort to come in the afternoon when he could've punted 'til the following morning, especially given the heavy rains that made the trip uninviting. He displayed a willingness to go the extra mile in securing a part from a supply store that had closed for the day. He was conscientious as weIl -- making sure to test for any gas leaks after he'd done the repair even though the space was not easy to work in. I thought his pricing was very fair. I assume he's very competent overall but my repair didn't really present a challenge. I would not hesitate to use him or recommend him.

TT Judy after filling out form for Pilot Light not lighting she said could sched tech to come look at & determine why and give me same day Free estimate. Tech arrived on time I again told him my issue, watched him confirm pilot was not lighting, he then said was gonna take couple pics and would do estimate. He took no pics I saw and returned with tablet that had 3 diff type repair prices the lowest being 300 wanting me to sign!? I said ok whats causing prob? What repair am I signing for? He couldnt tell me nor given me my requested FREE estimate!? Judy coulda given me their price list over the phone had I known the prob!? He was sent to determine that SO what was being fixed? He says to determine that he had to ck unit which is a diagnostic and cost like 80 haha!? Ok now Im dumbfounded said Thats no FREE estimate and if thats the case what are u asking me to sign and authorize? I already knew the 3 possible causes and that the usual and reasonable repairs for any ONE of them, thermocouple igniter or switch was only approx 150 his LOWEST price was as much as to Install a brand new unit and I certainly didnt need that MY unit had not even been used 10 yrs yet !!?? He refused to give me a legit FREE estimate so I told him Id call another company Bye and also called the company, tt The owner, Pedro, who said I was given the FREE "visual" estimate LOL, thats not what Judy called it nor I asked for and tech didnt even open unit so what he visualized was the outside of my water heater that STILL had a pilot that wudnt light and couldnt tell me why! This was 1st and last time calling this Co and definately DONT RECOMMEND THIS SEEMINGLY SHADY BAIT AND SWITCH TYPE COMPANY and we are left with NO hot water till tomorrow! LOST a good half hour or so of my life that Ill NEVER get back!
