The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because my install was scheduled for a Thursday and the installer didn't show. When I inquired, the scheduler was responsive but I would have to reach out for status vs keeping me up to date on status. The rescheduled install was done on Saturday. The gentlemen that were sent out for the rescheduled install did a fantastic job. They were polite and worked hard. The gazebo looks amazing and I will absolutely consider FixTMan again for any kind of large installation.

John and his assistant, Johnny, arrived exactly at the time promised. I could tell from the very beginning that John's knowledge of installing gazebos was very extensive. The pics in his profile don't lie. John and Johnny work well together and you can tell they've been a team for a while. They're both professional, hard-working, friendly, and kept me informed of their progress the whole time. They ran into a snag because the manufacturer included wrong parts. However, John figured out how to modify them to make them work. Also, they finished much sooner than I expected. I would definitely hire John again. Please do yourself a favor and hire them too. You'll be very pleased you did.
