I had a plumbing leak with my outside faucet, I thought it was a simple seal ring issue; when the specialist arrived I learned it was a way more serious issue than I anticipated. This isn’t my area of expertise so I called a relative and the plumber was so patient with me and explained it to us both so we understood what steps he was taking to resolve the issue. Total time to fix it, was less than 3 hours… from the time I put my inquiry into Thumbtack, to job completion! Extremely impressive! Very personable, friendly, and professional. I would more than 5 stars if I could and will definitely use them in the future. Oh and pricing was the icing on the cake, very responsible. Such a wonderful company!!!
