They called me within 2min of posting on Thumbtack, quickly understood what I was wanting, gave me their recommendations with solid pros/cons behind each scenario, and then said they could be at my house within a few hours. They showed up with a crew of four, removed two old water heaters, cut out and replaced corroded piping with new fittings, installed two new water heaters, and were gone in about 45min!
Their prices were a bit higher, but part of that was because I bought their extended warranty and they offer better water heaters (I purchased both) than box stores. In the end, the added costs were minimal and well worth it because of what you receive and how fast they work.

We needed a new water heater installed. From the beginning, Enoch Electric & Air were very thorough in their assessment of the job. They asked lots of questions and answered all of ours. After reading the positive feedback and checking out their BBB rating, we hired them. Juan arrived early and promptly got to work. He finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after. We are very happy with the work done and will not hesitate to hire again in the future.

Hired them for installing new water heaters at our place.
They were responsive on app and they came to location as promised.
The order was not completed as agreed on first trip. And heaters were installed but not with auto shut off. They said they will come and install next week. Finished replacing water heaters though. Adjusted price as they said some confusion and we agreed new price. Rn waiting on the remaining part to finish original agreed quote. They said due to covid increased cases they will reschedule as they are attending other high priority calls. Also said on the invoice now the auto shut off is back ordered.
I asked them to keep invoice open and adjust the payment and they said they will close the invoice now and dont worry that we will take care of remaining 2 auto shut off valves as per original order without extra cost.
Hoping they will take care of me as promised. I wish they finish all in one round as dont want multiple trips at home. Also my current heaters are still operational. But i thought all will be done in first round but some will be pushed to later trip and waiting for that call.
From so far the installation i did not see any issues. Heaters working fine. They also been patient earlier and also gave adjusted price due to my situation and i am been waiting with them since pre covid.
Hopefully i can complete my satisfaction review after remaing auto shutoff order is completed. And then i can refer more people to them.
With the work wise so far i see no issues whatever they did. They also helped me on vent taping in attic which got loose. Appreciate them for that.
I just want to close project and move on to next one.
