- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge by the type of job, we charge for the time of your Handyman. We require a 2-hour minimum visit, but have the option to add additional hours for additional tasks or larger tasks. For example, we generally ask our homeowners to have 2-3 tasks ready for your handyman--just in case he finishes early! We charge $90/hr and will always give you an estimate for the work you are requesting done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to do a home walkthrough with you so we can see the project you want completed. During this walk through we like to take the time to explain our business and assist homeowners in identifying home tasks that they can add onto their future project at no extra charge. Remember, we work for a solid 2 hours. We will do as much quality work during that time frame as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed for HVAC in the state of Texas. We have over a decade of hands on experience in multi-family and single family homes. We have spent our career making connections, so chances are if we aren't comfortable doing something then we know someone that is!
